This was a late night stop but was worth it. Hot, fresh, consistent food every time. Couldn't ask for anything more. Nice, fast, friendly service. Will need to stop here again.

Late night breakfast here, and it was just as good as 20 years ago. The cook was amazing; everything came out timed perfectly. Our server was also terrific. The restaurant was clean and orderly, much nicer than some other WH locations. Good parking, too.

The tan, red head server on first shift was extremely rude when I placed a to go order, called the order wrong to the cooms, so I politely corrected the cook, which she gave me a dirty look. Her attitude was nasty to her cooks to the point where other customers noticed. She prioritized things such as pouring drinks before seating customers or taking care of the register. Extremely unpleasant experience. Except the cooks, john amd brand on. They did a good job

My cat was so full he passed out on the floor. He loved the bacon n eggs, scattered smothered and covered.💜

Jessica was great. She made sure that I was taken care of and she made it a place to revisit.

We don't have a Waffle House where we live so when we travel, we always look for one along the way..even if it's a little out of our way. The friendliest and most helpful servers anywhere! Love their food ❤ especially the sausage gravy and hashbrowns.

Definitely go when Kyle or Peanut is on shift. You will have great service and superb food.

Absolutely horrible! Place was nasty. Ordered food and drinks at the same time then received our food first. My daughter got a waffle and I dont know what they did but it tasted terrible. Will NEVER go to this location again.

Very unorganized and food was cold. They talked out loud alot about not liking their jobs. Worst Waffle House I been too.

**PERMANENTLY CLOSED** NOTHING BETTER COULD HAVE HAPPENED! TERRIBLE SERVICE. THE STAFF IS ALMOST ALWAYS OUTSIDE SMOKING OR JUST TALKING. I HAD TO ASK FOR COFFEE 3 TIMES FROM 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE, AND FINALLY GOT SOME FROM THE COOK. I'M NOT EVEN SURE WHO OUR ACTUAL SERVER WAS. I HAD TO ASK FOR WATER TWICE. I HAD TO GET SOMEONE TO TAKE OUR ORDER. WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE 5 MINUTES. I REFUSED TO TIP ANYONE A CENT. I DID LEAVE A NOTE THAT TIPS ARE EARNED, NOT OWED. AND HAVING A LITTLE PERSONALITY AND MANNERS IS HELPFUL, WHEN YOU WAIT TABLES. I SERVED FOR 28 YEARS. THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUSLY DYSFUNCTIONAL AS A "RESTAURANT" ... GIVES TRUTH TO THE "AWFUL WAFFLE".

Always good this time the bacon was perfect but i wasn't supposed to say anything as not to blow the cooks head up

Food and service was great. Would of given 5 stars if we weren't given dirty cups, but they took them back and gave us styrofoam cups instead.

Loud jukebox, waitress (Nancy( had an attitude when we told her no toast and to remake the dish due to a gluten intolerance. They took the plate away and obviously just removed the bread crumbs. For someone with a gluten sensivity, this is not good enough. Will not return next time we are in the area. They don't care about customers.

I had the misfortune of stopping here last Sunday around noon. I walked in, sat at the counter and was immediately informed it would take 15 minutes to order as they had to clean the grill. Some people came in to get a food order to go and it took 8 minutes for the male cashier to figure out how much they owed as their food sat getting cold. Then one particular nasty employee Emily helped herself to a soft drink while I sat with no water or even asked if I wanted a drink of water. At one point another employee started washing dishes and sprayed dirty water in my glass and one employee actually threw something several feet into the sink from near the grill creating a splash. I assumed the way Emily walked around like she owned the store she must be the owner. Then a family came in long after I came in a Emily appeared to know and their order was immediately taken with no delay. Nastiest bunch I saw on a 9 State road trip.

Reliable, good place. Just there for a quick bite. Clean and would go back.

Buddy is the best cook this place could have. When customers are rude and abnoxious, he doesn't tolerate that disrespect. Just had one 12 to 13 minutes ago and he dealt with the rude customer perfectly and his food was delicious. My daughter loved it. The best time to go is from 2 to 9. The food and the service is the best.

I went with two friends and the waitress was super attentive and the food was great! I had never been to a waffle house and she helped me figure out what I should try for my first time. :)

Some of the food was hard cold all the tables were dirty and when we said something about washing them off they had an attitude. And the man that cooked he must have cooked in Revenge. The hash browns was hard cold the bacon was cold by the time I got to the waffle it was lukewarm. I will never come back to this place again. These people want to stand around and talk instead of cleaning up the place. A lot of our places are getting plum nasty and people lazy. And then they got an attitude with you when you say how about wiping the table off so I can sit here and eat. I do not want to go back to this Waffle House thank you very much

Prejudice against black folks gets you 0 stars, but the server who took over after seeing my disgruntlement gets you 5 stars + a $10 tip. Awesome job to my server!!!

The food was good for a waffle house. The music was really loud. I had a hard time having a conversation with my husband. The service was ok. I ordered grits instead of hash browns. I got hash browns. I think because she couldn't here very well due to the music.

Open for socially distanced dine-in. Breakfast, some lunch items.

Place was the dirtiest waffle house I ever saw, and I've been to the waffle houses all over the place over 100 times, employee sitting in back room while every table in restaurant was dirty and the floor behind the counter was so unbelievable dirty.. I'm mean if the three employees that where hiding in the back room each took two minutes to clean up it would of made so much of a difference. Keep driving to the next waffle house avoid this one, the waffle houses are usually very good but location 569 is the worst.

Mollie was our waitress. She was friendly and made sure our food was exactly what we asked for! 💖 The food was fresh and well made. 😁

Cook staff was very good. Got grossed out by the waiter picking their nose and not washing his hands. When I said something about it not being professional to pick your nose while costumers are trying to eat. He said that it's ok for his generation to do that in front of someone while they eat.. well the cook was the only one that got a tip for professionally servicing me.

I think they thin their syrup with Karo syrup because everytime I eat a waffle with syrup there it ALWAYS makes me go to the bathroom the rest of the day.Karo syrup, for those of you that are unfamiliar with that, is sometimes recommended by pediatricians to be put in their bottle to help babies who have constipation. It's also used in cooking to make candies. Better to ask for syrup in the packages.

Best waffle house in the area.. I will bypass all waffle houses in Louisville to get here! Pork chops medium well with lightly scrambled eggs with cheese. Only they get it done perfectly for me!!

Food was good, and server was great, Older lady line cook, red hair mask under chin the whole time I was there,, took off gloves cleaned bare hands, wiped face and hands with napkin then back to food prep no hand washing, wiped her hands on her shirt then back to cracking eggs touch food and no hand cleaning still with mask under chin. I presume she must be sanitary all the time, My second public meal,, won't go back!! Line cooks should be vigilant with cleaning with food prep, I don't think WH Corporate would approve.
